Automatic Lens Scrubber
The ALS-700 Automatic Lens Scrubber was designed to clean and prepare
plastic (CR-39) lenses for coating. The system removes packaging debris
and micro-abrades the surface of the lens, ensuring 100% adhesion
of the coating to the substrate. The ALS-700 integrates with the ASC-500
Automatic Spin Coater to form a fully automatic work cell capable
of coating 6 lenses per minute.
